General conditions of purchase

These General Conditions of purchase and Privacy Policy regulate the use of the web site (hereinafter referred to as "the web site") owned by Alice´s Charming Shop (hereinafter referred to as Alice´s Charming). Alice´s Charming Shop is a company with address in c/ Bartolomé de las Casas, 109, 47195 Arroyo de la Encomienda (Valladolid) Spain, holder of NIF (tax code) No. 12364941A. Customers' use of the Alice´s Charming Shop internet shopping services presupposes their adherence to the General Conditions of purchase in the version published by Alice´s Charming Shop at the time of placing their order. Customers are therefore advised to read these General Conditions before making a purchase.

How do I make an online purchase?

To make a purchase at the Alice´s Charming Shop online shop, just follow these simple steps:

  • When you enter the site for the first time, you can choose the idiom.
  • Once you are in the web site, you can start adding items to your basket, so you always have them to hand and you can keep track of them.
  • To make your purchase you have to be a registered user on our web site. To register, simply fill in the details requested in the Register section. Once you are registered you can continue shopping.
  • The items selected will be accessible at any time in the shopping basket, where you can either change quantities or delete them from the list. To start the purchasing process, just click on the Purchase button.
  • A form will appear with your order delivery details. Fill in the details and continue with your purchase.
  • Finally, you need to complete your payment details using our secure payment portal or via PayPal. If using the former, enter your card details, check they are correct and validate your purchase. If the details entered are correct, the purchase will be completed successfully and you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail. Please always keep a record of your order details in case they are needed for handling any change, incident or return.


The distributor will be answerable to the consumer for any lack of compliance occurring at the time of delivery of the item, in accordance with Royal Decree 1/2007 of 30 November, approving the general law defending consumers and users and other complementary laws. Alice’s Charming will be answerable to the consumer for any lack of compliance occurring at the time the item is delivered – provided that it is the responsibility Alice’s Charming – and for any manufacturing fault occurring during a period of two years counting from the date of purchase, provided the consumer keeps the sales receipt.
Alice´s Charming accepts no responsibility, under any circumstances, for items damaged or affected by improper use or negligence by the user.


The prices applicable are those listed on the web site at the time of ordering. The prices listed for each product include VAT  (Value Added Tax). The total price is broken down to show delivery charges at the time of ordering.  Alice´s Charming Shop reserves the right to make any changes it considers to be appropriate at any time and without prior notice, and can update, including on a daily basis, products and prices depending on the addition of new items.

Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If supply problems occur, or items are out of stock, you will be informed immediately and we will refund you with any amount you may have paid.

Responsibility for the use of our services

You undertake to use our services for your own personal, non-commercial and not-for-profit purposes.
As user of our web site, you undertake to accept the risks entailed in connecting to our web site. The company Alice’s Charming is hereby exempt from any responsibility in the event of direct or indirect damages (financial loss, loss of earnings, change) that you or a third party may suffer, in the case that such damages are caused by the internet connection used, from being unable to access or connect to the web site, or from incorrect functioning of the web site.
In particular, this applies to damages arising from inaccurate content, errors, slowness or broken connection while data is being transmitted, to the loss, disappearance or alteration of data, virus from any origin, intrusion by a third party or in general from using the web site or being prevented from using it.
