How do I make an online purchase?
To make a purchase at the Alice´s Charming Shop online shop, just follow these simple steps:

Alice’s Charming will be answerable to the consumer for any lack of compliance occurring at the time the item is delivered – provided that it is the responsibility Alice’s Charming – and for any manufacturing fault occurring during a period of two years counting from the date of purchase, provided the consumer keeps the sales receipt.
Alice´s Charming accepts no responsibility, under any circumstances, for items damaged or affected by improper use or negligence by the user.
The prices applicable are those listed on the web site at the time of ordering. The prices listed for each product include VAT (Value Added Tax). The total price is broken down to show delivery charges at the time of ordering. Alice´s Charming Shop reserves the right to make any changes it considers to be appropriate at any time and without prior notice, and can update, including on a daily basis, products and prices depending on the addition of new items.
All orders are subject to product availability. If supply problems occur, or items are out of stock, you will be informed immediately and we will refund you with any amount you may have paid.
